Do I have to take a timeshare presentation in order to take advantage of your vacation certificates?
Great question. No, you will never be required to attend any sales or timeshare presentation. These are real, top quality resorts with no hidden fees or strings attached. The resorts are simply filling otherwise empty rooms which the hotels and resorts turn into additional revenue from these consumers spending money on the property, such as room service, spa, in house restaurants, bar purchases, casino and extra day stay, etc. In addition, you may be offered them additional incentives and upgrades that you can choose to accept or decline that will include a resort preview and sales presentation to consider becoming a member of the participating resorts club membership or timeshare. You, however, will NEVER be required to upgrade. Just politely decline.
How are you able to offer these incentives?
Over 1 million families have traveled to date and we have contracts with the world leading hotel chains, and resorts to help them fill their otherwise empty rooms. We help fill empty rooms which the hotels, resorts turn into additional revenue from other areas of their property and future bookings. Hotels rarely experience full occupancy, yet they remain open, providing rooms and services at fixed costs. So, when hotels give out their rooms by partnering with us,they might miss out on the room fee, but they already didn’t have that in the first place, at least now they have the opportunity to gain a customer for their in-house restaurants, room service, their casinos, an extra day stay, future bookings, etc. The benefit of why our program works so well is the fact that it’s a win win for everyone involved. You win because you receive an awesome incentive gift. The resorts win because they gain additional revenue from other areas of their establishment that they otherwise would not have been able to get and they also have a new client that may book with them in the future. You will also offer additional upgrades and incentives that you can choose to accept or not… your choice.
Are these certificates to anyone from any country?
No Currently these offers are available to US and Canadian citizens only. We are currently putting offers for resorts in other countries that will allow European and Asian citizens to travel as well.
Do the certificates have an expiration date?
Yes, our digital certificates created will be assigned an expiration date 7 days out from the date it is sent. Please note that the expiration date shown on the digital certificates only pertains to the actual activation of the certificate. After you activate a vacation certificate, you will have at least 24 months to travel. To activate you simply needs to pay the daily taxes and fees that correspond to the certificate. You can activate by phone or online.
Why do we put a 7 day expiration date on the certificates?
The business model works best when the customer activates right away otherwise most will forget they even received it. During this 7 day period you will be sent up to 3 emails to remind you to activate. Our redemption rate is the highest in the industry because the 7 day expiration date provides a sense of urgency to activate and use it. Another important reason is that the 7 day expiration date is there to protect our business and your business… in the event our contracts change with the participating properties and travel companies, we can easily update or change our offers. This way we do not expose ourselves to discontinued certificates in circulation that may be redeemed at anytime in the future.
Do I need to set my reservations and travel by the expiration date printed on the certificate?
No. The expiration date pertains to activation of the vacation certificate only. Once you activate by paying the taxes and fees of a vacation certificate you will have at least 24 months to travel.
Do you use my email or info for any other purpose?
No. The resort companies do not do any other marketing to certificate recipients. There is no intention of spamming clients with email. We will send up to 3 email reminders during the first 7 days prior to the certificate expiration to remind you to activate. If you do activate, then you have become a customer of the travel companies as well, and they may need to have further communication with you as a customer concerning the reservation, or reminding you to book dates etc.
How do I redeem the certificates?
You may activate a certificate over the phone by paying the resorts taxes and fees of your stay. An Online option to activate is coming soon. Once you activate within 7 days of receiving the digital certificate, you will have 24 months to choose travel dates. To date we have redeemed tens of thousands of digital certificates and have a fantastic reputation that we are proud of!
How many certificates can I as a customer activate?
Your can activate each individual vacation certificate once. So for example, you can use the Mexico vacation to one of the destinations once or you can use One of the US destinations once. This means you can take advantage one US and One Mexico vacation. We will be continuing to offer more destinations in more counties and when we do you can activate once for each country.
Can I resell your certificates?
No. You may not. Reselling or bartering the certificates will cause us to void the certificate. This will violates our terms, conditions, and agreements you accept before using our certificates. The agreements we maintain with our hotel and resort companies prevent us from competing against or jeopardizing their published rack rate. If you were able to sell these certificates, there would be no way to prevent a member from selling our certificates directly to the end user, thereby creating competition and lowering our partner properties’ published rates. So they cannot be sold or bartered for services in anyway.
Do I get to choose the hotel?
We promote specific properties with each certificate destination. For example, currently we are offering Westgate Resorts in both Orlando and Las Vegas. However If the property we promote is not available we may give the user other choices they can pick from. Keep in mind that these are promotional offers that we provide you as our customer with significant savings on your travel so it’s not going to work the same way as going to www.hotels.com and paying full rack rate where you get to choose the hotel. With us, the properties that we work with and that participate in these promotional offers release the unoccupied inventory to us just 30 days ahead of time.
Do I get to choose which destination?
*Currently we are offering either Hawaii or Cancun only.
Yes, you do get to choose the destinations that you wish to travel to. Even if you activated an Orlando vacation, but later want to upgrade to Mexico, or switch to Vegas, you can do so. You may need to pay the difference in taxes and fees if applicable.
What are the taxes and fees and what are the based on for the travel certificates.
The taxes and fees are based on a few factors… examples include, but are not limited to: local tourism and bed taxes, sales tax based on the full rack rate of the accommodations, maid service fees, zone surcharges, travel agency fees, federal, state, local or municipal taxes, etc.
Are there any other hidden fees or expenses and costs?
You will receive the luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge. However, you are responsible for all other expenses, including, but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.
Resort fees are common place in the travel industry. As a matter of fact, over 96% of tourists traveling to Orlando or Las Vegas now have to pay a resort fee when they check in at the resort. This is so common now that it’s just expected for any seasoned traveler.
Resort fees cover items like: WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls. Resort amenities, Fitness centers,in-room safes, Beach Chairs, umbrellas, beach/pool towels, activities and more.
Can I travel with my children?
The short answer is YES. The US resorts options will include up to 4 people in the room regardless of age. For the Mexico offers, you can travel with 2 adults and up to 2 children up to the ages of 12 or under. If traveling with extra adults or children, upgrades may be available to accommodate depending on availability. Upgrades may require the purchase of additional rooms or larger suites which may not always be available. Prices for additional children etc depend on room availability and seasonality so prices cannot be quoted until travel dates are selected. These promotional certificates are designed for couples or small families. More than 4 persons will be harder to accommodate with these promotions and in some cases not possible.
Can I get together with family, etc., and book several rooms?
No sorry, these certificates cannot be used for groups of more than 1 room. The hotels are offering this promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. There are additional costs associated with group travel. They also will not be available to use during conventions or other special events.
Can I cancel the activation and get my money back?
This certificate activation is FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE unless you purchase the Trip Guard. If Trip Guard insurance was purchased, you may cancel anytime up and until you have confirmed travel dates. If Trip Guard was declined, you will have a store credit to use you vacation dollars toward. Once dates are confirmed with the certificate, no changes will be allowed. Cancellations after dates are confirmed will result in forfeiture of the activation fees. (The inventory used for these rooms are not as flexible as booking at retail rack rates, once confirmed changes will not be allowed and cancellations or no shows will result in forfeiture of fees paid)
Are flights included in these certificates?
No the flights are not included. The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, and any other miscellaneous expenses. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer.
Are the resorts “All Inclusive”
No, the resorts we offer for the certificate will not be all inclusive. The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, and any other miscellaneous expenses. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer. We will however offer the certificate holder opportunities to upgrade to a different resort with an All Inclusive plans starting at only $199 and $299 per couple for the entire stay (rates are subject to change). This upgrade option will save the user nearly $1500 in value compared to anywhere else. User would need to attend a 90 minute resort discovery tour to get this upgrade option.
Why do I have to be a certain age and have a credit card or debit card to use the certificate?
With these promotional offer the resorts are hoping the customers will make up for the loss in room revenue with spending on property at the restaurants, spa, casino etc. For this reason and others they are requiring that at least 1 person in the party be over the age of 21 for the US resort promotions and 1 person over must be over the age of 30 for the Mexico offers and have a passport to travel, they must also have a valid major credit card to check into the Mexico resorts. For our US resort offers they must also have a Major credit or a bank debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo plus valid government issued id to check in. (in other words they must not be cash customers with no recourse for damage to rooms etc.) Certificate users must also reside at least 100 miles away from the participating resort. So for example a resident of Orlando cannot use the Orlando stay but instead could use the Vegas hotel stay.
What are the exact terms and conditions of the certificates?

There are NO timeshare presentations required to use this vacation certificate or any other hoops you will need to jump to redeem. Simply call us when with your preferred travel dates after activation. Our staff is available 24/7 to assist you when ready to book dates.
This digital certificate will be considered void if bartered or purchased by the recipient. The certificate is valid for Luxurious Resort Accommodations. These rooms are for up to 4 occupants and at least one occupant must be at least 21 years of age. Your cost to redeem this certificate and book the reservation is just for the local government taxes and tourism fees of only ($varies) per night. Guest must also have a major credit or a bank debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo, plus valid government issued ID to check in.
The recipient of this certificate will receive luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, however recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses. All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. If you book your travel dates, and you do not end up traveling then the fees and taxes paid are non refundable. Reservations are based on availability and will not be available during major holidays or resort special events. Check in is available 7 days a week.
The expiration date on this certificate pertains only to redemption of this certificate and not actual travel. You must activate this certificate within 7 days of receiving it. Travel can be completed within 24 months after activation. Once your travel dates have been confirmed changes are not allowed.
This certificate cannot be combined with any other hotel stay or promotional vacation offer.
Only one certificate per household and resort will only honor one certificate per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, only 1 party can use the complimentary vacation certificate if more than one room is booked for same dates. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.
User must be a U.S. or Canadian resident and reside at least 100 miles away from destination resort of choice or choose a different resort offer from the available destination options.
This certificate has no cash surrender value, void if discontinued and where prohibited by law. The terms of this offer are subject to change without notice. Our travel agency reserves the right to offer other hotels with equal or similar value with certificate holder approval if required due to availability.
